Personal data processing policy

Version 2.0 dated 9 October 2026. This is a translation provided for convenience; the Russian version prevails.

1. General

This Policy describes how personal data of visitors to the AIPHARMIA website (https://aipharmia.com and https://aipharmia.ru) is processed and protected. It is adopted under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

2. Whose data and what data we process

Visitors who submit a request through the contact form:

• name
• phone number
• email address
• company name
• information the visitor chooses to include in the message

Visitors who consent to analytics cookies:

• IP address
• cookies and visitor identifiers
• device and browser information
• information about actions on the site: pages viewed, navigation, clicks, scrolling, cursor movements (session replay by the Webvisor service)

The Operator does not collect or process special categories of personal data or biometric personal data on the site.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• handling a request, contacting the visitor, preparing a consultation or a commercial proposal — based on the consent to personal data processing given when the form is submitted
• analysing traffic and improving the site — based on the consent given in the cookie banner
• compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation

4. Processing operations

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, performed with and without automated means.

5. Who receives the data

• YANDEX LLC (16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia) — the Yandex.Metrica service, including Webvisor; only if the visitor consents to analytics cookies. Webvisor does not record what is typed into the contact form fields
• the hosting provider whose servers host the site; the servers are located in the Russian Federation
• government authorities where required by law

Personal data is not transferred across borders. The site does not use services that send visitor data outside the Russian Federation.

6. Retention and destruction

• data from requests — until the purpose of processing is achieved, but for no longer than three years from the date of the request, or until consent is withdrawn
• analytics data — for the lifetime of the relevant cookies (up to one year), see the Cookie Policy

Once the purpose is achieved, the retention period expires or consent is withdrawn, the data is destroyed within 30 days unless the law requires it to be kept longer.

Personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is recorded, systematised, accumulated and stored using databases located in the Russian Federation.

7. Security measures

• a person responsible for organising personal data processing has been appointed
• access to the data is limited to employees who need it to handle requests
• data between the visitor’s browser and the site is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS)
• the data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation

8. Visitor rights and how to exercise them

The visitor has the right to:

• obtain information about the processing of their personal data
• request that the data be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or not needed for the stated purpose
• withdraw consent to personal data processing
• lodge a complaint with Roskomnadzor or a court

To exercise these rights or withdraw consent, write to mail@aipharmia.ru or send a letter to the Operator’s address. Please state the name and the contact detail you left in your request so that we can find your data. The Operator replies within 10 business days. When consent is withdrawn, processing stops and the data is destroyed within 30 days.

You can decline analytics cookies in the cookie banner on your first visit; to change your choice later, clear the site data in your browser settings.

9. Cookies

The site uses analytics cookies only with the visitor’s consent. The list of cookies, their purposes and lifetimes is given in the Cookie Policy.
